30 Day Returns

We want you to love your art. If you are not happy for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Return Condition

Please return the item in the condition you received it. Prints and frames should have no wall damage, marks, or frame damage. If possible, please use the original packaging.

How To Start A Return

Email hello@florafusionprints.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and a prepaid return label. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will refund the original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged, Defective, Or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email hello@florafusionprints.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Discount Codes And Gift Cards

• Discount codes used on an order are not reissued.
• Gift cards are final sale.
