Printed and framed to order, ready to hang when it arrives. Printed on premium luster paper with rich color and fine detail, protected behind a clear acrylic front, and set in a solid wood frame: White (gallery white), Black (matte black) or Red Oak (warm wood).
Printed to order on thick matte paper, shipped rolled for your own frame. We use 189 gsm (10.3 mil) matte paper with a smooth, glare-free finish and archival inks. It ships rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube, may hold a slight curl, and flattens overnight under a book. It fits any standard frame of that size. Prefer it framed? Choose Framed above for a solid wood frame in White, Black or Red Oak.
Available in 8″×10″ and 16″×20″.
Hanging hardware is included. These measurements refer to the print size. The wood frame adds about 0.75″ on each side, so the framed piece is roughly 1.5″ wider and taller than the print.
For unframed prints, the selected size is the paper size and fits a standard frame of that size. A frame adds about 1 inch on each side.
“Every leaf, twig, petal, and seed becomes a brushstroke.”
We do not celebrate this holiday, but in the autumn season we also have plenty of orange around us, and pumpkins and witches are always intriguing. So I dedicated this creation to Halloween.

The Botanicals Behind the Artwork
Shirley arranged each leaf, pod, stem, and natural fiber by hand before photographing the finished composition.
Yellow bells has trumpet-shaped flowers and long, narrow seed pods.
It brings a bright autumn glow and a playful festive rhythm.
Frangipani flowers are often fragrant and usually have five waxy petals.
Their warm, curled petals add softness and a little mystery.
Sweet potato is a swollen storage root, not a true potato tuber.
It gives the pumpkin a cozy harvest-season heart.
Bell-shaped blossoms help guide pollinators toward nectar inside the flower.
They add a small chime of whimsy to the Halloween scene.
Eucalyptus leaves contain aromatic oils in tiny glands.
They give the little witch a silvery, airy sense of flight.
Corn threads are made of the styles and stigmas of female corn flowers.
It trails like wild hair in the wind, full of mischief and motion.
Banana plants are large herbaceous perennials, not woody trees.
The dark curled peel becomes a cheeky magical hat.
