Floss tree flower (the crown blossom)
The floss tree (Ceiba speciosa) belongs to the mallow family and often blooms on bare or nearly bare branches.
A soft sign of grace held at the center of the thought.

Materials & framing
Printed and framed to order, ready to hang when it arrives. Printed on premium luster paper with rich color and fine detail, protected behind a clear acrylic front, and set in a solid wood frame: White (gallery white), Black (matte black) or Red Oak (warm wood).
Printed to order on thick matte paper, shipped rolled for your own frame. We use 189 gsm (10.3 mil) matte paper with a smooth, glare-free finish and archival inks. It ships rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube, may hold a slight curl, and flattens overnight under a book. It fits any standard frame of that size. Prefer it framed? Choose Framed above for a solid wood frame in White, Black or Red Oak.
Size & fit
Available in 8″×10″ and 16″×20″.
Hanging hardware is included. These measurements refer to the print size. The wood frame adds about 0.75″ on each side, so the framed piece is roughly 1.5″ wider and taller than the print.
For unframed prints, the selected size is the paper size and fits a standard frame of that size. A frame adds about 1 inch on each side.
From earth to art
The original composition was made entirely from real botanicals.
The Botanicals Behind the Artwork
5 real botanicals composed the original artwork
Shirley arranged each leaf, pod, stem, and natural fiber by hand before photographing the finished composition.
Climbing grapevine leaves (the leafy veil)
Grapevines climb by using tendrils that coil around nearby supports.
They suggest shelter, intimacy, and a quiet green protection.
Golden shower tree flowers (the yellow cascade)
Cassia fistula produces long hanging clusters of bright yellow flowers in warm climates.
Their golden fall brings lightness, joy, and generous abundance.
Dried leaves (the bodice folds)
As leaves dry, their green chlorophyll breaks down and warmer brown pigments become more visible.
They honor change, memory, and beauty in every season.
Bitzan leaf (the lips)
A single leaf can show a clear central vein that carries water and sugars through the blade.
It becomes a small, tender voice at the heart of the face.
